Buyer agrees to notify Apperon, Inc. dba CNN of any concerns or problems related to this product within 5 business days from manifestations of concerns or problems. Apperon, Inc. dba CNN reserves the right to inspect and analyze any feed, treat and or dietary supplement, with respect to which any claim is made, and the buyer shall preserve such feed and or dietary supplement, together with its packaging and all tags or labels attached hereto until such claim is resolved. Buyer agrees these sales terms cannot be modified or canceled except in writing by an authorized Apperon, Inc. dba CNN's employee at its offices in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Without limiting the foregoing, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any projections by Apperon, Inc. dba CNN are only estimates and that Apperon, Inc. dbs CNN makes no warranty or promise as to the performance of Apperon, Inc. dba CNN's products or services utilized by buyer, or as to the health, growth and performance of Buyer's animals, and Buyer acknowledges that the health, growth, and performance of his or hers animals, depends upon good farm and husbandry management practices and many other factors other than Apperon, Inc. dbs CNN's products and services.
